We apply on the pet and left it for 1 hour and then we made him bath, looks like it has some cooling effect, the pet looks relaxed.

    Too oily!
I wanted something that I could rub on cat’s coat and not have to bathe him right after! Seems ver oily to me!

Nice smell but a little oily
Got this for my small dog who gets some itchy skin during the winter. So far it seems to have helped somewhat. I massaged it in, which he likes because to him he is just getting some extra pets. It does not take much and putting too much in can make the fur a little oily to the touch. I inadvertently got some on the outside of the bottle and it made it a little slick in my hands. It also did take a little extra soap and water to get it all off my hands, so I would recommend putting some gloves on to make the cleanup a little easier. It has a pleasant scent which is nice since some spays can smell a little big. Overall, it seems to be working and the price is decent for the quality.

    Nice Scent
I have a cat who has super dry skin. He certainly has a dandruff issue. Everytime I brush him, the flakes are everywhere. It’s obviously very itchy for him.
This product arrived yesterday and I tried it out on him. With it being a new product, I didn’t want to put a lot of it on at first. So, I got a small amount on my hands & massaged a bit of it into one little area of his hair and skin.
I picked an area that is really dry and itchy for him and gently massaged the oil into his hair & skin. He didn’t seem to mind. I felt reasonably safe with it after reading all the ingredients.
I checked his skin this morning and the small area where I applied this looks a whole lot less dry & scaly. Today, I plan to use it on another small area. Once I’m sure there are no adverse affects, I will do larger areas unil I get his whole dry body oiled.
I can’t really say how this will work long term. I can say the small area I used this on is showing improvement. That alone, makes me hopeful that this will solve his dry skin issues. If there are adverse affects or any other issues I will update this rreview. In the meantime, I’ll oil a new area each day and I do believe this will effectively solve his dry skin problem.

Bottle have 2 different dates on it
The bottle came super wrapped up, it was hard to remove all the plastic wrap. Once I got all the plastic off, I saw a sticker with a manufacture date 10/2023. I peeled it off to read what the bottle said underneath it and the info in there was a different packaging date -02/2024. Now I’m not sure which date to trust. I was just trying to find ingredients and place of manufacturing. I don’t love the smell of it, but I’m willing to try to see if my dog gets her hair back. She suffers from allergies and her hair got very thin in some parts, I just hope this helps to bring back healthy hair.

More of a serum than a spray.
This stuff is wonderful! I love the smell too. I have 5 dogs – chihuahua, keeshond, pitbull, boxer, and a 120-lb heinz 57 – and it works great for all of them.

The oil comes out more like a serum than a spritz/spray, so I would recommend first applying it to your palms. Then rub it between your palms and massage it through your dog’s hair down to the skin. I did this using one pump at a time and repeated the process to add more as I seen fit. Using it in this way, none of my dogs are oily-looking.

I think this is best after they’ve had a bath. I towel dried them and applied this while their hair was still damp – like I would do to my own hair. I even used this on their paw pads.

As far as this being on my own hands – I rinsed the dog hair off that was sticking and didn’t try to wash it off with soap – because, why!? It’s coconut oil and great for my hands.

This is a product that I will keep using.

Seems to be working on the hot spots
My male cat has problems with hot spots & dry skin. He’s a bit over weight & can’t groom like he should. His hot spots makes him pull his fur out. He’s pretty uncomfortable so I’ve so many things & nothing works. Well low & behold I think this product is working. The first time I used it incorrectly but after I figured it out he’s feeling better & is not pulling his hair out so bad. I’m anxious to watch the progress. It seems to adding moisture to his very dry skin. Smells good too.

Smells very strong. Make sure to read instructions. Leaves coat glossy post bath.
This is an oil. It is intended to be used up to 30 minutes prior to a bath. A little goes a long way. The instructions tell you to apply it to your palms, rub it, then work it into your pet’s coat. Let it rest for some time then follow up with a bath.

It seems a lot of the folk leaving reviews didn’t bother to read the instructions.

That being said, this works AMAZINGLY. I have a small pomchi and his coat shines after his bath. I mean, it is absolutely glossy. I haven’t noticed a major difference when it comes to shedding. I still run him with the defurminator and haven’t noticed a difference. But as for appearance. After the first time, the difference is almost night and day. The scent leaves much to be desired but a lot of it, thankfully, fades during the bath. But some of it still lingers. Very strong lemongrass notes. So keep that in mind if you have sensitivities to strong smells.
