    I ordered the first set of champagne glasses for my wedding and the etching was smeared and looked pretty bad. I reached out to the seller and provided pictures. They were very helpful and immediately agreed to send a replacement set. When I got the replacement, they were much better. There was still a spot on one letter in our last name but overall, much better than the first. It is enough that I am happy with it and don’t think many people will notice.
