I used to think these were over hyped and I was very wrong, they are the perfect waterbottle.
Functionality:
First the colors are stunning and I love the look of the bottle’s shape and the colors, it’s just fun. Plus it has two flat sides for easier gripping.
We used them when traveling in Hawaii and the drinks stayed cold the whole time. We filled it with ice water in the morning and the next afternoon more then 36 hours later there was still ice.
The flap in the front has dual functionality it works as a lock to keep the button to open the top from accidentally being hit but also as a loop to carry it or put on a carabiner.
The bottle has two methods for drinking either as a free flow or it has a smaller opening to drink through a straw.
It comes apart for easy cleaning.
It seals tight and doesn’t leak or sweat.

My only complaint is we bought two and on this one the straw falls out constantly, a minor annoyance for an otherwise outstanding product

Perfect size for me, keeps ice icy all day, holds a lot of water and keeps it cold, and is really good at getting banged around/dropped/etc. without being damaged. I took this to Europe for 2 weeks. (If you use a carabiner to hook it to your pants, it is a bit heavy when full, so hooking it to a backpack is probably preferable when possible.) Best water bottle I've had, and I've run through a few different brands – a coworker recommended it to me, and I ended up recommending it to a friend. I like it a lot, and am considering getting a second. The lock button feature is also nice, keeps spills from happening, and I like that there's the option to sip or chug on the mouthpiece.

I love my Owala bottle. This smaller size fits in the cup holder in my car, but the larger bottle does not.

I have put this bottle in my messenger bag with my computer and have never had it leak at all. I did the same with a Stanley bottle and even though the straw was closed, it still leaked, leaving about an inch of water in my bag with my laptop sitting in said water.

There is a small hook that makes it easy to carry. This small handle also folds down and covers the button that is used to open the lid making accidental opening unlikely. I have also used this same handle to clip it to an outside pocket on my backpack.

Because these bottles come in 2 different storage capacities you can pick size that suits your needs depending how much water you drink in a day.

Also, there is an integrated straw in the opening, so you can either sip through the straw or you can tilt the bottle and drink without using the straw, and the best part is you don’t need to choose a lid with only one of these options because the single lid has both.

I have a fair number of water bottles. I never really expected to need one, but work kept giving us free bottles with the company logo on them. I began to see the need for them then, but also saw the shortcomings of the ones the company would gift us. I started looking on my own and actually spending my own money on them. I saw and bought a lot of gimmicky ones, but this one is the best yet. The FreeSip with the built in straw works great. I didn't realize how much I needed a straw in a water bottle until recently, but products from othe companies left me wanting something better. Just being able to sip from this is so easy and convenient. The lid has never leaked on me. I got the 20oz one. I do have to refill it more often, but this size is more portable for me. The storage capacity is good, although I need to learn to not fill it so much with ice. This keeps it cold enough where the ice lasts a long time, so I will drink the water long before the ice melts. A little ice will go a long way, and the bottle keeps the water cold on its own.

Whenever asked by recent high school grads what advice we want to share related to college, the first thing we say is to "get a sturdy, insulated water bottle" and we still live by that to this day. Because when we were in college for the first 2 years, it was so easy to forget to drink water. They were selling them at our local Sam's in a 2-pack 32 oz black and grey set. It was (and still is) an awesome water bottle and lasted us for years, even after college. Super sturdy and durable, we still have our first bottles. But because of accidental drops, the paint chipped, had scratches, and a few dents on the bottom. It still works in keeping our water cold and hot or cold and we use it to carry ice when camping or having picnic dates at the park. My wife's favorite water bottle color is white: sleek and clean design, very good looking. So I ordered this 24 oz for her as a surprise. She was very pleased. It's a smaller size than the 32 oz and she can hold and grip it better since it's smaller.

This is our go-to water bottle. The only brand we use and recommend to all our friends and families. Even ordered two more for my mom and dad. I'd put ice with water in it the night before and it's still ice cold the next morning until the afternoon, and the ice still hasn't completely melted then. It's very well-insulated and very functional. When my wife was recovering from covid, I made her green tea and poured it into her Owala bottle. We didn't know it was going to retain the heat so well, even after 3 hours and would've burned her if she didn't test it first. It felt like boiling water when she dipped her fingers in. The exterior felt neutral, not warm or hot, so we didn't know.

Overall, this is a heavy-duty water bottle and works incredibly well for insulating both hot and warm water. Even when dropped on wood, cement, tiles, or concrete, it retains its shape albeit a few small dents on the bottom. My wife and I will continue to use our Owala bottles and will buy new ones when the time calls. As long as Owala is still in business, they've earned our trust and we will continue buying from them.

Vamos lá, primeiramente que eu AMEI a garrafa, estava super ansiosa pela chegada dela e não me arrependo em absolutamente NADA de ter comprado. Ela mantém a água gelada por MUITO tempo(se você for como eu q é curioso em saber quando tempo exatamente, um ótimo exemplo foi que eu coloquei água nela SEM GELO ás 16 da tarde e no dia seguinte ás 8 horas quando acordei ainda estava gelada como se tivesse acabado de sair do filtro d'água, lembrando que meu filtro tem agua gelada). O canudo dela é sensacional e super prático, mas também recomendo comprar uma daquelas escovinhas pra limpar.

Além disso, ela é muito linda e grande. Eu comprei a de 945ml e tá perfeita pra mim, já que tem uma alça e o material externo da garrafa não é escorregadio ao toque.

Agora falando dos pontos negativos, o único ponto negativo que eu tenho a mencionar aqui sobre essa garrafa é a entrega. Vi muitas pessoas reclamando sobre a demora da entrega e realmente aconteceu comigo também, o prazo pra envio é ENORME, acredito que seja por causa da quantidade de pessoas que compram essa garrafa, então demorou MUITO pra enviarem, aprox um mês. A entrega em si depois do envio foi de uma semana +/-, então acredito que seja mesmo uma coisa de estoque.

O problema é que a garrafa deveria vir numa caixa de papelão, forrada por dentro e tudo mais. Mas na verdade ela veio dentro de um saquinho sem nada, só a garrafa, envelopado por um pacotinho com uma camada DUVIDOSA de papel bolha. Acredito inclusive que esse tenha sido o motivo do arranhão da foto(é pequeno, bem pequeno, e fica na parte de baixo, praticamente nem dá pra notar, principalmente depois que eu comprar aquele molde de silicone pra botar na garrafa).

Enfim, o produto é perfeito, mas pecam bastante na forma como enviaram, e nem é pela demora, mas sim pelos danos causados aos produtos, visto que mais gente aqui teve o mesmo problema.

I may not follow trends, but I didn't want my fiancé's cup to put mine to absolute shame!

First off, can we all agree that the marshmallow is gorgeous? THIS cup is spectacular. Strange to say that about a water bottle, I know. But since I never jumped on that train, I didn't know what I had been missing out on. Let me tell you what!

The most important things to me is taking care of my service dog. She keeps me safe so her care is paramount to me. This enables me to pour my water into her bowl on the fly, without having to open my bottle past what I would do to drink from it. Quick and easy. That right there was the selling point for me. But as it turns out, there was even more benefit than that.

I don't chug my water but if I did, the chug hole does works fine.

The straw portion is ready to sip from, and it doesn't stick up tall like other water bottle straws. It's JUST tall enough to get the job done. No worry of toppling over because the straw got knocked over by the cat. (Because that happens.)

The "handle", which is generally the locking feature unless you're using it as a handle, is well placed and comfortable for my sized hands. Not to small and not clunky and large. STB SIL likes to talk about how great the Stanley handle is, which I don't really get. I like that this doesn't have a handle. I have one to carry it if I need it, and not if I don't.

The seal is completely water tight. I occasionally put a drink mix in it and shake vigorously. No leaks whatsoever. In fact…

I've had this for over a year now and it's definitely the best water bottle ever. It’s insulated, sturdy, secure, attractive, and the free sip + straw design is amazing. I’ve never been a big straw person and previous was using the Thermos Alta water bottle—I loved it at the time and always preferred an open spout to a straw, but I had so many accidents with it popping open in my bag because I often forgot to lock it. Eventually, I lost it and got this one. The Owala locks securely as long as you just put the handle down. Even when I forget to put the handle down, it usually doesn't open because the button takes a bit of force to press. I figured I would primarily use the spout option, but ended up falling in love with the straw. Unlike other options, it doesn’t stick out of the bottle and is super easy to clean. The straw is wide so you can easily suck up a lot of liquid. I wanted a bottle that was attractive for the office and a balance between holding a substantial amount of water and still fitting in my bag and car cupholder. I have the 24 oz version in Foggy Tide, which fits the bill. I find I drink more water using this, so I do have to refill throughout the day, but it’s great. It keeps my water cold and I add 3 big ice cubes in the morning, which last through the day as I refill the water.

Even my 2-year-old LOVES the straw function and it’s easy for her to use. She has her own water bottle with a silicone straw, but always begs for mine instead. I think the 24 oz would be too cumbersome for her to use regularly on her own, but I’m considering getting her a 16 oz kid one since she loves it so much. My only issue is that if she knocks it over, I really don’t want it to spill everywhere. I'm considering the flip, but I wish there was a kid size that had the same exact straw as this without the spout..

I really like this Owala 24 oz water bottle! The design is sleek and lightweight, making it easy to slip into any cup holder or bag. This bottle has genuinely become my most favourite water bottle I've ever owned. Such a cute design (although I can't speak for some of the others… lol), and the handle makes it very comfortable to carry. I love the straw and the fact that you can choose to sip or chug from it! It also keeps water cold for such a long time. Unfortunately, I've dented my bottle already by dropping it (about a metre drop), so it isn't the most dent-proof but you can always get a silicone boot to protect the bottom. After reading some reviews, I was worried that the bottle might come dented, but thankfully it was sent in a padded mailer and in great condition! My Owala literally comes everywhere with me now and I honestly can never go back to my other bottles. Although it may be a bit pricey, it is 100% worth the money as you'll get so much use out of it. Also reminder to take all the silicone bits out and wash them individually to keep everything clean! Definitely recommend this bottle if you haven't bought it already.

Unfortunately, I've dented my bottle already by dropping it (about a metre drop), so it isn't the most dent-proof but you can always get a silicone boot to protect the bottom. After reading some reviews, I was worried that the bottle might come dented, but thankfully it was sent in a padded mailer and in great condition! My Owala literally comes everywhere with me now and I honestly can never go back to my other bottles. Although it may be a bit pricey, it is 100% worth the money as you'll get so much use out of it. Also reminder to take all the silicone bits out and wash them individually to keep everything clean! Definitely recommend this bottle if you haven't bought it already.

This bottle has genuinely become my most favourite water bottle I've ever owned. Such a cute design (although I can't speak for some of the others… lol), and the handle makes it very comfortable to carry. I love the straw and the fact that you can choose to sip or chug from it! I love it. I have been wanting one for a year, but couldn’t justify buying a new bottle. Well I ordered one as a gift to myself after Christmas, and I absolutely love it. I got the 24oz which I do need to refill several times because I drink a lot of water. However, I prefer this size. It’s slim and easy to hold and not cumbersome or wobbly like others. I love the dual use of the top. I don’t care for straws and opt for the chug cap when I can. The built in straw is great though. I like having it when I’m driving so I don’t have to put the bottle in my face to take a sip, also the straw works effortlessly. Love the color and texture. I left 4 stars for one small flaw. Maybe it’s not all of them, but for mine the cap doesn’t twist to an even center to align with the side grip area. It’s slightly off center when closed tight. Otherwise perfect.

We love this Owala FreeSip bottle. The color is really cute, and my daughters absolutely love it and use it every day for school. One of the best features is that it doesn’t leak at all. The easy-open lid is very convenient for kids, and the lock feature keeps it securely closed inside their backpacks with no spills. I also really appreciate the FreeSip design, which allows you to drink without using the plastic straw. As we try to move away from plastic, we didn't find many alternatives that we liked, and other metal containers felt like the old thermos-style bottles. This is easy to clean, seals very well, keeps drinks cold, opens easily, and doesn't leak in my bag as I carry it around and try to get in my 32 ounces minimum a day! Worth the price.
