This is a super reliable product, it often gets the pimples off if I give it enough time (I usually leave it overnight). Sometimes it does take multiple tries. I've never had one fall off prematurely, and the size is generally pretty good for what I need. I just have some other brands I like better.

Where have they been all my acne-prone life! These are wonderful and work in two or three days. They are transparent on my light skin, but I only wear them at night. I don't use any moisturizer in the area. A boon to teenagers with frequent breakouts, I'm in my 70's.

These are the only pimple patches I’ve found that actually work since truly suck everything out overnight and make a huge difference in healing. The quality is noticeably better than cheaper brands, and you really do get what you pay for. My only downside is the price; they’re definitely more expensive compared to others. Still, if you want something that actually delivers results, these are worth it.

They work, but they're not magic. They work REALLY well if the zit is popped first, though this annoys me because I bought these so I'd stop picking at my pimples. If it's not popped first, sometimes the patch works, sometimes it doesn't – like, it can clear out gunk, but it won't break the skin for you. But when they work, they successfully clear the zit out overnight. It usually leaves behind a small blemish (it doesn't magically make that go away too), but that usually heals within a week; before the patches, it could take a month or more for my zits + the resulting blemishes to heal. Now that I've tried these, I can't live without them.
